68B-27.020. Applicability to Oysters on Leased Parcels

Effective on Sunday, March 10, 1991

1The harvest of oysters from submerged lands which have been leased for shellfish culture by the State of Florida shall be carried out in compliance with all the provisions of this chapter unless the harvest is exempted from such compliance by specific provisions in valid lease(s) applicable to particular parcels in question.
