68B-3.003. Repeal of Chapter 21254, Gilchrist County Special Acts of Local Application

Effective on Thursday, October 16, 2014

1The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has determined that the repeal of Gilchrist County Special Acts of Local Application, Chapter 21254, Laws of Florida, will not adversely affect the marine resources of Gilchrist County or of the State of Florida, therefore Gilchrist County Special Acts Chapter 21254, Laws of Florida, is hereby repealed.
