68B-33.002. Definitions

Effective on Sunday, September 1, 2013

1As used in Chapter 68B-33, F.A.C.: “Billfish” means any of the following species, or a part thereof:

18(1) 19Makaira nigricans 21(blue marlin);

23(2) 24Kajikia albidus 26(white marlin);

28(3) 29Istiophorus platypterus 31(sailfish); or

33(4) 34Tetrapturus georgei 36(roundscale spearfish).
