68B-37.001. Designation as Restricted Species; Purpose and Intent

  • 1(1) Designation as a Restricted Species – Spotted seatrout are hereby designated as a restricted species pursuant to Section 20379.101(32), F.S.

    22(2) Purpose and Intent – The purpose and intent of this chapter are to protect and conserve Florida's spotted seatrout resources and assure the continuing health and abundance of those resources.
