68B-54. Blue Land Crabs |
Effective on Thursday, February 27, 2003
1For the purposes of this chapter, except where the context requires otherwise:
13(1) “Blue Land Crab” means any crab of the species 23Cardisoma guanhumi, 25or any part thereof.
29(2) “Harvest” means the catching or taking of a blue land crab by any means whatsoever, followed by a reduction of such blue land crab to possession.
