68B-56. Ballyhoo |
1For the purpose of this chapter, except where the context requires otherwise:
13(1) “Ballyhoo”, also commonly known as halfbeaks, means any fish of the genera 26Hemiramphus 27or 28Hyporhamphus, 29or any part thereof.
33(2) “Harvest for commercial purposes” means the taking or harvesting of fish for purposes of sale or with intent to sell.
54(3) “Immediate family” refers to an endorsement holder’s mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, son, daughter, step-father, step-mother, step-son, step-daughter, half-sister, or half-brother.
76(4) “Lampara net” means a modified purse seine that has a section constituting a bag, with rings through which a draw rope is used to close the bag.
