68D-17.001. Vessel Safety Inspection Decal Design and Expiration
Effective on Thursday, October 11, 2018
1(1) Pursuant to paragraph 5327.70(2), F.S., 7the Commission shall create and issue a new vessel safety inspection decal each calendar year, which shall be valid from the date of issuance through December 31 of the calendar year.
38(2) Each vessel safety inspection decal shall adhere to the following criteria:
50(a) Be circular in shape with a diameter no less than 3 inches and no larger than 6 inches;
69(b) Be a contrasting color from the previously issued decal; and
80(c) Prominently display the words, “Safety Inspection Decal,” and the expiration date of the decal.
