68E-18.001. Introduction: Purpose and Intent

Effective on Tuesday, May 16, 1995

1The Legislature amended Chapter 3760, 7F8.9S10., 11to establish the Florida Spiny Lobster Trap Certificate Program, to promote stabilization, efficiency and resource protection in the lobster fishery by reducing the number of permitted traps. The following requirements, standards and regulations are established to implement and comply with the intent of Section 55379.3671, F.S57.
