69A-58.006. Vacant and Abandoned Buildings

Effective on Sunday, November 26, 2006

1Board buildings no longer in use and abandoned shall be free of combustible waste and secured in such a manner as to prevent firesafety hazards and unauthorized or unlawful entry.
