69A-62.001. Uniform Minimum Firefighter Employment Standards; Adoption of OSHA Standards

Effective on Wednesday, February 6, 2013

1(1) The Division adopts and incorporates as rules the following standards as they pertain solely to 17firefighter employees 19and firefighter employers: Sections 1910.120(q), 1910.134 25as modified by Section 29633.508(3), F.S., 31and 1910.146, of Part 1910, of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards, 29 Code of Federal Regulations, effective April 8, 1998.
