69A-67.002. Scope

Effective on Tuesday, April 25, 2017

1(1) This rule chapter establishes requirements and alternative fire safety provisions to provide a reasonable degree of safety from fire in new, renovated, and existing nonresidential farm buildings used for agritourism activities.

33(2) This rule chapter includes procedures for the evaluation, classification, and inspection of nonresidential farm buildings used for agritourism activities.
