69B-227.230. Refund of Student Course Fees

Effective on Monday, September 1, 2014

1(1) If a course is cancelled for any reason, all course fees must be refunded by the course provider in full within 45 days of cancellation.

27(2) In the event a course is postponed for any reason, students shall be given the choice of attending the course at a later date or having their course fees refunded in full within 45 days.

63(3) A provider shall have a refund policy addressing a student’s cancellation or failure to complete a course. The policy shall be clearly set forth prior to registration.
