69B-227.340. Course Audits

Effective on Monday, September 1, 2014

1The Department shall audit courses and provider records with or without notice to the provider. Providers shall give the Department access to all approved courses within 3 days of the course offering. Audits shall result in notice to the provider of deficiencies found and of corrective action required where warranted. The Department shall disapprove the course if the provider fails to correct the deficiencies within thirty (30) days from the date of the notice of deficiency.
