1The purpose of this rule chapter is to implement the Department’s duty under Sections 15624.307(1) 16and 17626.207(8), F.S., 19to enforce Sections 22634.181, 23634.191, 24634.320, 25634.321, 26634.322, 27634.3225, 28634.422, 29634.423, 30634.425, 31642.041, 32and 33642.043, F.S., 35by establishing standards for penalties described in those statutory sections and interpreting provisions in those sections as they relate to penalties imposed upon licensees specified in Rule 69B-232.020, F.A.C.
