69B-250.001. Purpose and Scope

Effective on Wednesday, August 16, 2017

1(1) The purpose of this rule chapter is to establish mediator qualifications, specify grounds for the denial of applications, and specify grounds for the suspension or revocation of mediator approval.

31(2) This rule chapter shall apply to all applicants for mediator approval and approved mediators participating in the property insurance claim mediation program pursuant to section 57627.7015, F.S., 59and in the motor vehicle insurance claim mediation program pursuant to section 71627.745, F.S.
