69I-20.035. Reporting Safe Deposit Box Contents

Effective on Monday, January 3, 2005

1Safe deposit box contents shall be reported by submitting a completed Form DFS-UP-155, Safe Deposit Box Inventory Form of Property Presumed Unclaimed, effective 1-3-05, hereby incorporated by reference and available from the Department of Financial Services, Bureau of Unclaimed Property, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0358.
