1(1) The initial payment of impairment income benefits shall include payment for all full weeks of entitlement since the date of maximum medical improvement up to the time the initial payment is made. After the employee has reached maximum medical improvement, the 43claim administrator 45shall make the initial payment of impairment income benefits no later than the 14th day after the 62claim administrator 64has knowledge of the employee’s permanent impairment rating.
72(2) Impairment income benefits shall be paid in biweekly installments pursuant to Sections 85440.15(3)(c) 86and (g), F.S. (2003).
90(3) Impairment income benefits may not be offset by social security or unemployment compensation benefits received by the employee.
