69L-5. Rules For Self-Insurers Under The Workers' Compensation Act |
Effective on Tuesday, March 9, 2010
1A Governmental Entity who ceases self-insurance shall notify the Division of such withdrawal and shall continue to file all reports required by this rule with the Division upon withdrawal and thereafter until such time as the employer has satisfied the Division that there is no remaining value to the claims incurred while the employer was self-insured.
