69O-171. Property And Casualty Insurer Reporting Requirements |
1(1) Any insurer authorized to transact residential property or commercial property insurance shall report, for each such line of insurance, the information required by Section 26627.7152(12), F.S., 28or required by rule, on and pursuant to the instructions in Form OIR-B1-2221, “Assignment of Benefits (AOB) Experience Reporting Form,” effective 3/20, hereby incorporated by reference and available at 58http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-1241860.
61(2) For purposes of this rule, “residential property and commercial property insurance” includes the following lines of business:
79(a) Allied Lines, excluding Time Element;
85(b) Commercial Multiple Peril;
89(c) Earthquake;
91(d) Farmowners Multiple Peril;
95(e) Glass;
97(f) Homeowners Multiple Peril;
101(g) Industrial Extended Coverage;
105(h) Industrial Fire;
108(i) Mobile Homeowners Multiple Peril;
113(j) Mobile Homeowners Physical Damage Only; and
120(k) Property (Fire).
