1(1) Where a certificate of occupancy is required by chapter 651, F.S., a temporary certificate of occupancy may be acceptable if it does not conditionally preclude the residents from occupying a structure.
33(2) A provider shall not require a resident to occupy a unit before the provider obtains a certificate of occupancy as required by law.
