1OFR’s Certificate of Merger will be prepared and issued, as requested by applicant, after:
15(1) All requirements of the applicable Florida Statutes are met;
25(2) All requirements of federal law are met, including written approval by the responsible federal regulatory agency(ies); and
43(3) All requirements of Chapter 120, F.S., have been complied with; or after any requisite waiting periods set forth therein have expired.
