1The application to acquire 50 percent or more of the assets of, liabilities of, or combination of assets and liabilities of, any financial institution shall be submitted on Form OFR-U-17, 31Application and Plan for the Purchase of Assets and Assumption of Liabilities, incorporated by reference in paragraph 4869U-105.102(1)(h), 49F.A.C50.
