Effective on Wednesday, April 15, 1998

1These rules contain the procedures for filing applications to convert a financial entity’s charter without a change in business form or convert its charter to do business as another type of financial entity, merge or consolidate with another type of financial entity, and acquire all or substantially all of the assets and/or assume the liabilities of another type of financial entity.
