69U-105.708. Cancellation of Charter Certificates

Effective on Wednesday, April 15, 1998

1If a state or federal financial entity acquires all or substantially all of the assets or assumes the liabilities of any state financial entity, the charter certificate of the acquired state financial entity shall be relinquished to OFR for cancellation.
