1(1) Every money services business licensed pursuant to Chapter 560, F.S., shall submit an accurate quarterly report to the Office by filing a completed Form OFR-560-04, Money Services Business Quarterly Report Form, electronically through the Office’s REAL System at www.flofr.com. A completed quarterly report form shall be received by the Office no later than forty-five (45) days after the conclusion of each quarter. Should the forty-fifth day fall on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the reports must be received by the Office no later than the next business day. 100(2) Any person may request an exemption from the electronic filing requirements of this rule due to a technological or financial hardship by submitting Form OFR-560-08, Request for Exemption from Electronic Filing Requirements, to: Office of Financial Regulation, Division of Consumer Finance, Bureau of Registration, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0376. The Office will provide any person granted an exemption from the electronic filing requirement with instructions on how to file the form in paper format.
