6A-6.07861. Model Forms for Charter Technical Career Center Applicants and Sponsors

1(1) Persons or entities submitting a charter school application must use Form CTCCAPP1, Model Florida Charter Technical Career Center Application, effective August 2018 (25http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-0963027), pursuant to section 311002.34, F.S., 33Form CTCCAPP1 is hereby incorporated by reference and may be obtained electronically on the Department’s website at http://www.fldoe.org/academics/career-adult-edu/career-adult-edu-technical-assistance-.stml or from the Division of Career and Adult Education, 325 West Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0400.
67(2) Sponsors shall evaluate Model Florida Charter Technical Career Center Applications using Form CTCCEVAL1, Model Florida Charter Technical Career Center Evaluation Instrument, effective August 2018 (93http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-0963195). Form CTCCEVAL1 is hereby incorporated by reference and may be obtained electronically on the Department’s website at http://www.fldoe.org/academics/career-adult-edu/career-adult-edu-technical-assistance-.stml or from the Division of Career and Adult Education, 325 West Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0400.
