73B-21. Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission; General Procedures |
1(1) Appeals may be filed with the Commission:
9(a) Online at https://raaciap.floridajobs.org;
13(b) By facsimile (FAX), (850)488-2123; or
19(c) By mail, courier service, or in-person, 1211 Governors Square Boulevard, Suite 300, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
35(2) If an appeal is submitted to the Florida Department of Commerce, the Department will forward the appeal to the Commission. The filing date for purposes of computing timeliness of the appeal will be calculated as set forth in Rule 73B-21.0031, F.A.C. However, submitting an appeal to the Department may result in a delay in processing the appeal.
