9B-24.011. Standards and Techniques for Weatherization (Transferred)

Effective on Wednesday, November 20, 1985

1(1) Only weatherization materials which meet or exceed standards prescribed in 1210 CFR Part 440, 16Appendix A shall be purchased with funds provided under the WAP.

27(2) The weatherization materials which shall be installed first are those:
38(a) Which are determined using the audit procedures in Project Retro-Tech to be the most cost effective; or

56(b) Have costs which are within the allowable cost limits prescribed in the DOE State Plan or HRS Work Program.
