9B-57.011. Standards of Work (Transferred)

Effective on Thursday, March 10, 1994

1(1) All repair work completed under the LEHRP must be in accordance with the established building codes and standards required by the building and code enforcement department of the local jurisdiction in which the work is being done.

39(2) The grantee shall be responsible for the performance of its subcontractors and subgrantees.
