9B-57.013. Monitoring and Technical Assistance (Transferred)

Effective on Thursday, March 10, 1994

1(1) Grantees shall provide on-going monitoring of the LEHRP to ensure that all schedules and contractual obligations are being met in a timely manner, and that the quality and quantity of work performed are in accordance with contractual requirements.

40(2) The department shall review each grantee’s performance to determine compliance with contractual obligations. The department shall provide program monitoring, contract administration, and technical assistance within available resources.
