Effective on Monday, March 13, 2006
1(1) An owner or operator of one or more facilities who is required to submit a United States Environmental Protection Agency Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Form-R report or alternate threshold Form-A filing to the Commission under s. 313 of EPCRA shall be required to pay an annual reporting fee of $150.00 per Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Form-R report and $75 per chemical listed on each Form-A alternate threshold filing for each s. 313 listed EPCRA substances in effect on January 1, 2005, using Form Number HMP-08-00.
87(2) Such fee shall be due on July 1 of each year.
