9J-28.013. Designation or Non-Designation of Proposed Development by Reviewing Entities (Transferred)

Effective on Tuesday, January 23, 1990

1The determination by the Department and the local government concerning the designation or non-designation of a proposed development as an FQD pursuant to subsection 25380.061(5), 26Florida Statutes, shall set forth in writing with particularity the basis for such a determination, copies of which shall be sent to the developer, the regional planning council, and the other reviewing entity.
