9J-9.013. Rejection of Polk County Ordinance 95-69 Adopting Land Development Regulations Applicable to the Green Swamp Area of Critical State Concern (Transferred)

1The Department of Community Affairs has determined that Ordinance 95-69, as adopted by Polk County, is not in compliance with the Principles for Guiding Development for the Green Swamp Area of Critical State Concern, Chapter 28-26, Florida Administrative Code, and is rejected.
