Effective on Tuesday, November 25, 2008
1(1) The form of the final negotiated purchase shall be a written Purchase Agreement that is signed by the Owner(s), the Recipient and the Trust.
26(2) The Trust will prepare and use any form of Purchase Agreement as meeting the intent of all applicable laws and this rule chapter.
50(3) The Trust shall develop a model standard Purchase Agreement.
60(4) The Trust shall obtain all disclosures of beneficial interest required in Section 73286.23, F.S., 75before entering into a Purchase Agreement.
