1(1) Matching grants shall normally be terminated by the final disbursement of allocated funds following satisfactory completion of the project work.
22(2) Failure of the grantee to comply with the provisions of the grant contract shall constitute grounds for terminating the matching grant.
44(3) Funds remaining in any grant allocation as a result of early termination of a project grant or from completion of the project at less than anticipated cost shall revert to the Florida Communities Trust Preservation 2000 Trust Fund and be attributed to the bond series out of which the matching grant was made.
