1This rule chapter sets forth the procedures that must be followed for grant applications for Florida Forever Funds awarded by Florida Communities Trust. The purpose of the program is to provide grants for the acquisition of interests in land for the restoration and preservation of Working Waterfronts pursuant to Section 51380.5105, 52F.S.
