This process will include, but not be limited to, reviewing this section for rule promulgations related to changes to the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (Pub. L. 101-336) as adopted in the “A.D.A. Amendments Act of 2008” adopted by the U.S. Congress. The department also wants to update exam fees to cover actual costs.
