63THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on April 7, 2015 before THE SCHOOL BOARD OF

79BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA ("THE SCHOOL BOARD") upon the Stipulated Motion for

92Agreed Final Order filed by the parties in these proceedings and upon the Order Closing Files

108and Relinquishing Jurisdiction rendered in this cause on February 20, 2015 by the Honorable

122Todd P. Resavage, Administrative Law Judge of the Florida Division of Administrative

134Hearings; and THE SCHOOL BOARD being fully advised in the Premises, finds as follows:

148IT IS THEREUPON Ordered and Adjudged as Follows:

1561. The parties have filed a Stipulated Motion for Final Order in which the parties

171have stipulated to the entry of this Agreed Final Order by THE SCHOOL BOARD. The

186Stipulated Motion for Final Order and all terms contained therein are incorporated herein by

200reference and are accepted, approved and adopted by THE SCHOOL BOARD.

2112. The charter school agreements existing between THE SCHOOL BOARD and

222THE RED SHOE, INC., d/b/a URBAN ACADEMY (Red Shoe Charter for Girls) and THE RED

237SHOE, INC., d/b/a URBAN ACADEMY (The Obama Academy for Boys) (collectively referred

249to herein as "Charter Schools") shall terminate effective at 5:00PM on June 30,2015.

2643. The Petitioners have waived their rights to any appeal or judicial review of this

279Agreed Final Order that would have been available under Sections 120.569(1), 120.68 and

2921002.33, Florida Statutes, and under their Charter School Agreements.

3014. The parties have stipulated that each will bear its respective attorney's fees and

315costs incurred in these proceedings.
