1982. On June 22, 2015, Parrish filed a Petition for

226hospital in Osceola County, AHCA District 7. The Agency AHCA referred the Petition to the

241Division of Administrative Hearings ("DOAH").

2483. On June 23, 2015, Osceola filed a petition for a Formal Administrative Hearing to

263contest the denial of its CON Application No. 10349 to add 28 CMR beds to its hospital, located

281in Osceola County, District 7, and contest the denial CON Application number 10348 filed by

296Parrish to add 16 CMR beds to its hospital located in Osceola County, District 7. The Agency

313referred this Petition to DOAH.

3184. On July 8, 2015, HealthSouth of Sea Pines Limited Partnership d/b/a HealthSouth

331Sea Pines Rehabilitation Hospital ("HealthSouth") filed a Petition to Intervene in support of the

347Agency's preliminary denial of Parrish's CON application 10348.

3555. The DOAH thereafter issued an Order of Consolidation for the two cases.

3686. On December 3, 2015, Parrish filed a Notice ofVoluntary Dismissal.

3797. On December 8, 2015, the DOAH entered an Order Severing and Closing the File

394on Case No. 15-3830CON.

3988. Case No. 15-3831CON concerning CON Application No. 10349 remains pending

409with the DOAH.

412It is therefore ORDERED:

4161. The denial of CON Application 10348 filed by North Brevard County Hospital

429District d/b/a Parrish Medical Center is UPHELD.
