1S-9.003. Definitions

Effective on Sunday, March 13, 1994

1(1) “County Emergency Management Agency” means the emergency management agency authorized and directed to be established and maintained by each county of the state pursuant to Section 28252.38(1), F.S.

30(2) “Division” means the Division of Elections of the Department of State.
