20-2.004. Record of Drivers' Names, Etc

Effective on Wednesday, January 1, 1975

1Every licensed citrus fruit dealer transporting citrus fruit on the highways shall keep as a permanent part of his records a list of the names, addresses, and drivers’ license numbers of all persons in his employ who drive vehicles used to transport fruit.
