20-36.007. Payment of Fees at Time of Inspection

Effective on Wednesday, November 28, 2012

1All fees and assessments provided for by state law, calculated at the same rate as applicable to all other fresh fruit growers or shippers, shall be paid to the inspector at the time of inspection and before issuance of the inspection certificate.
