1At any time, by written inquiry mailed to the registrant’s last indicated address, the Department may request verification by the registrant that registered brands or trademarks are actively being used or registrant desires such registration to continue. If no response is received from such inquiry, the Department will, via mail as above, notify registrant that the brand or trademark will be removed from official registration unless the registrant notifies the Department to the contrary within fifteen days from the date of such notice.
