20-69.003. Identification of Imported Product

Effective on Sunday, October 15, 1995

1(1) All containers of processed citrus containing any citrus products imported into Florida, and which may reasonably be expected to be reprocessed, shall be clearly identified as to the origin of the fruit.

34(2) All certificates of inspection and manifests for citrus products required to be identified under subsection 5020-69.003(1), 51F.A.C., shall include a statement identifying the state and/or country of product origin.
