25-30. Water And Wastewater Utility Rules |
1(1) Each water utility shall provide a service pipe of suitable capacity from its main up to and including the customer’s service control valve and meter box for water service to the customer. Each water utility shall provide a service, control valve, and meter box. The utility may locate the service control valve and the meter box at or near the customer’s curb or property line.
67(2) Each wastewater utility shall provide the service pipe to the service connection, and may locate the connection at or near the customer’s curb or property line.
94(3) Each utility shall provide service facilities at its own expense unless the utility’s tariff provides otherwise.
111(4) All service facilities remain the property of the utility.
