25-6.020. Record of Applications for Service

  • 1Each utility shall accept and keep a record of each application for service within its service area. The record shall show the name and address of the applicant, date of application, date service is desired and, in those instances where service is not initiated promptly, the reason for the delay. Such records shall be preserved until service is made available or as otherwise provided under subsection 6725-6.015(2), 68F.A.C.
