25-7.049. Testing Equipment

Effective on Monday, February 13, 1984

1(1) Each utility shall provide or have access to all testing equipment and facilities as may be necessary to make the tests required by these rules or other orders of the Commission.

33(2) The apparatus and equipment so provided shall be of an approved type, properly maintained, and subject to the approval of the Commission’s Division of Engineering. All such equipment shall be available for inspection by representatives of the Commission at any reasonable time.
