28-106.307. Post-Hearing Submittals

Effective on Tuesday, April 1, 1997

1The presiding officer may permit all parties to submit proposed findings of fact, conclusions of law, orders, and memoranda on the issues within a time designated by the presiding officer. Unless authorized by the presiding officer, proposed orders shall be limited to 40 pages.
