28-28.009. General Provisions

Effective on Sunday, July 20, 1975

1A copy of any Master Land Use Plan submitted in support of a request for zoning, plat approval, and conditional use permit, pursuant to the requirements of Rule 2928-28.007, 30F.A.C., of this code, shall be sent to the state land planning agency, within three (3) working days of the issuance of the development order.
