34-12.745. Advocate's Recommendation

Effective on Thursday, October 12, 1989

1The Advocate shall review the report of investigation and make a written recommendation to the Commission as to whether there is probable cause to believe that the Respondent violated Section 31112.3215, F.S. 33A copy of the recommendation shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the Respondent and the Complainant no later than 14 days prior to the probable cause hearing.
